Job position: 

civil cost engineer and installation cost engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be familiar with national laws and relevant project cost management regulations, proficient in the professional theoretical knowledge, familiar with project drawings, master project budget quotas and related policies and regulations, and be able to skillfully prepare and review project budgets;

2. Familiar with relevant regulations and knowledge of bidding;

3. Master the terms of the construction contract;

4. Ability to prepare project settlements independently.

Qualifications: 

1. College degree or above, major in engineering management, civil construction or construction economics;

2. More than 1-2 years of work experience;

3. Possessing the qualification certificate of Beijing cost engineer (major in civil engineering or installation);

4. Proficiency in using cost (budget) software and Office software;

5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and responsibly.

Job Responsibilities:

3. Organizing and implementing the bidding work of the project, and compiling the bidding documents for the project;

4. Compile and review project cost forecasts and project cost analysis, and supervise the implementation and control of project costs;

5. Contract management, review and management of subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

1. Under 45 years old;

2. College degree or above in construction engineering, cost, budget and other related majors are requied;

3. Have three years or more of working experience in relevant positions, and have the qualification of registered cost engineer;

4. Proficiency in engineering cost management and cost control processes in related fields, and understand relevant regulations and policies;

5. Proficiency in the use of CAD, Glodon and other software;

6. Rigorous work, good at communication, with good teamwork spirit and professional ethics.
