Job Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with national laws and relevant project cost management regulations, and be proficient in this professional theoretical knowledge;

2. Familiar with the engineering drawings, master the current engineering budget quota and list specifications, and lay the foundation for the correct preparation and review of the budget;

3. Organizing and implementing the bidding work of the project, and compiling the bidding documents for the project;

4. Compile and review project cost forecasts and project cost analysis, and supervise the implementation and control of project costs;

5. Contract management, review and management of subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

1. Under 45 years old;

2. College degree or above in construction engineering, cost, budget and other related majors are requied;

3. Have three years or more of working experience in relevant positions, and have the qualification of registered cost engineer;

4. Proficiency in engineering cost management and cost control processes in related fields, and understand relevant regulations and policies;

5. Proficiency in the use of CAD, Glodon and other software;

6. Rigorous work, good at communication, with good teamwork spirit and professional ethics.
